Microsoft Building Footprints

This product re-packages Microsoft's Open Building Footprint data available from [GitHub](https://github.com/microsoft/GlobalMLBuildingFootprints) into cloud native GeoParquet 1.1 files following [best practices](https://github.com/opengeospatial/geoparquet/blob/main/format-specs/distributing-geoparquet.md). This is different from the version created by [VIDA](https://source.coop/vida/google-microsoft-osm-open-buildings), using the latest version of Microsoft's footprint data and separating it out from Google's building data.
