Google Open Buildings

This product re-packages Google's Open Building Footprint data available from [Google Research](https://sites.research.google/gr/open-buildings/) into cloud native GeoParquet 1.1 files following [best practices](https://github.com/opengeospatial/geoparquet/blob/main/format-specs/distributing-geoparquet.md). This improves on the version available by [Chris Holmes](https://source.coop/cholmes/google-open-buildings) by upgrading from GeoParquet 1.0.0-beta.1 to 1.1 as a distribution format, allowing for bounding box filtering. https://researchsites.withgoogle.com/tiles.geojson
