openeo-scl-cloud-mask
Per-pixel Sentinel-2 SCL cloud masking, then an NDVI temporal-mean composite. For every L2A pass over the AOI, evaluate the scene classification layer per pixel, void the NDVI pixels it rejects, and average what survives across time. The load -> mask half reproduces the openEO cookbook's SCL masking example ("Mask Out Specific Values", keep SCL {4, 5}); the NDVI and the temporal mean are this recipe's own completion of it. Each step is its own inspectable layer.

The contract

The legacy dialect has no requires: block.
Where it runs
- Browser preview does not run here compute/ndvi-composite: depends on layer "compute/ndvi-masked", which cannot run here; compute/ndvi-masked: layer type "tensor" is not one folia-view parses; source/s2-scenes: layer type "tensor" is not one folia-view parses
- Local CLI (folia run) runs here runs locally through the legacy (no spec_version) parser
- Operated fleet (POST /plan, /run) runs here legacy dialect: a lock binds by the cut's layer names, not by digest
