  water quality monitoring. Primary source for Cyanobacteria Index (Wynne & Stumpf
  2015) and chlorophyll-a estimation. MODIS Aqua operational since 2002-07-01;
  Terra since 1999-12-18. Granules at 1 km resolution, typically 100-500 MB per
  scene with support for HTTP range requests (single band ~10-50 MB).
