Enhanced Vegetation Index

Enhanced Vegetation Index — 2.5 * (NIR - Red) / (NIR + 6*Red - 7.5*Blue + 1). Reduces NDVI's saturation problem in dense canopies and corrects for aerosol/soil-background influences via the blue band. MODIS standard vegetation product alongside NDVI.
